Cancer Cell Processes

Tactical’s CTO is an important candidate for cancer therapy because CAI has been shown to:

	Inhibit the proliferation and invasion of several tumor cell lines in vitro, and in animal tumor models,
	reduce prostate-specific antigen production,
	inhibition of cyclooxygenase, and
	induce apoptosis.
	Tactical’s CTO is more effective as an anticancer drug in animal cancer models than Merck’s CAI
